LR Elite Sports Therapy provides a range of Sports Therapy services at a location to suit you. From injury assessment and treatment to Sports Massage, Dry needling and guided rehabilitation we’ve got you covered. All treatments are performed by a qualified and experienced Sports Therapist.
Helping you with your fitness goals
Personal Training services are also available online, mobile or in our on-site gym. Run by a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer these 1:1 sessions or programmes are designed specifically for you with your goals in mind. Find out more about the plans available here.
Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer
Having spent six years working in professional football I have extensive experience in rehabilitating a wide range of injuries and individuals. Alongside this I am able to create comprehensive conditioning and maintenance programmes suited to professional athletes, elite amateurs and fitness enthusiasts.
I want to do things differently. Putting you and your rehab, your sport, activity and lifestyle in the centre. No unnecessary repeat appointments, no exercises you hate, no technical jargon. Just fair, friendly, evidence based guidance to help you meet your goals.
